What it is:

Netflix has now joined that marketplace, alongside some of the world’s most valuable media companies across connected TV (CTV), premium video, news, audio, sports, and more. Now, when you select Sellers and Publishers 500+ in Kokai, you gain expanded access to Netflix’s premier streaming environment automatically. There is no minimum spend or change to your workflow required to reach Netflix inventory. It’s Netflix, available right where you already buy.

What’s new:

Previously, Netflix was available only through programmatic guaranteed (PG) or 1:1 private marketplace (PMP) deals. Now, Netflix’s inclusion in the Sellers and Publishers 500+ lets you reach its engaged viewers through always-on marketplace deals. That means you can: 

  • Reach Netflix audiences at scale: Access Netflix’s 250M+ global monthly active users in a premium streaming environment, alongside the world’s most trusted media companies. 

  • Make Netflix part of your always-on strategy: Incorporate Netflix into your existing marketplace buying strategy, through The Trade Desk’s scaled inventory marketplace, designed to help maximize performance. 

  • Simplify activation: Access Netflix inventory through the same marketplace controls you already use, with no separate integrations or setup required. 

How to activate:

  • Navigate to the Forward (FWD) tile in Kokai. 

  • Locate the Marketplace Summary and select Edit. 

  • Select Sellers and Publishers 500+ to include Netflix and the full scaled marketplace in your targeting. 

  • Explore deal and marketplace settings to further refine your inventory strategy.
