What it is

Omnichannel campaigns, where multiple channels share a common objective, perform best when each channel works in sync to connect with consumers across key moments. But achieving that level of coordination has historically required time-consuming manual work for media buyers, making it difficult to manage and even harder to measure the impact.

Kokai’s new omnichannel optimization changes that.

What’s new

Omnichannel optimization automates cross-channel delivery, helping you steer impressions toward top performing paths across multiple channels. It also includes a built-in control group, so you can clearly measure the value of coordinated, cross-channel marketing. Proving the value of a connected omnichannel strategy has never been easier.

By enabling omnichannel optimizations across a campaign, you can:

  • Coordinate delivery across channels: Reach the same user or household across the channels they engage with.
  • Optimize toward shared conversion goals: Move users down the funnel through a series of strategic touchpoints across channels that begin with awareness and move toward purchase.
  • Validate your strategy: Review the automatic holdout in a side-by-side view of optimized versus nonoptimized performance.

FYI

You will first need to set up a campaign group with two or more channels that share the same goal. Campaign groups can be managed in the Campaigns/Brands (Ca) tile of a campaign.

How to get access

All Kokai users can access this feature within the Channels (Ch) tile of a campaign.
