Exclusive: The Trade Desk adds former Amazon execs to Canadian team

Two new senior execs have joined The Trade Desk’s Canadian team, the adtech platform tells Media in Canada.

Sarah Armstrong has been appointed general manager and country manager for Canada. In her new role, Armstrong will lead the team in advancing a transparent, data-driven advertising ecosystem on the open internet, helping marketers connect with audiences across video, audio and connected TV, the company said.

Also joining the company is Caroline Bergeron, who has been appointed senior director of business development. With more than 15 years of industry experience across Horizon and WPP Media, Bergeron will be responsible for helping shape and advance The Trade Desk’s vision and strategy for its agency business.
