Ventura Children-Directed Content Policy

1. Publisher must comply with Laws including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
2. If Company provides Child-Directed Content, Company must:
   • Notify TTD of any such content;
   • Ensure age-appropriate content; and
   • Not behaviorally target ads.
3. Considerations for determining Child-Directed Content:
   • Subject matter (e.g., cartoons)
   • Promotion methods
   • Visuals and audio
   • Age of characters
   • Language level
   • Intended audience
   • Evidence of child usage
