Vendor ID supplemental terms

These Vendor ID Supplemental Terms supplement the Third Party Access Terms that Company has separately agreed to for the provision of access to Company’s account(s), including the data therein, to an Approved Third Party. These Vendor ID Supplemental Terms apply because Company has requested to provide the Approved Third Party with access to specific IDs.

1. Company additionally agrees as follows:

a. if the Company Account data includes IDs (for example, EUIDs, RampIDs, ID5s and other similar IDs) relating to users either in the EU or UK, Company shall ensure Approved Third Party uses those IDs solely for the purpose of providing Company with reporting and measurement services and for no other purpose (such as to build a first-party or third-party graph), and

b. if the Company Account data includes EUID(s), Company shall ensure that Approved Third Party shall comply with the security requirements at https://​euid​.eu/​d​o​c​s​/​g​e​t​t​i​n​g​-​s​t​a​r​t​e​d​/​g​s​-​s​h​aring.
